With over 30 years of experience in the power generation equipment business, WattStock staff are uniquely qualified to provide valuation services.  We have expertise in performing valuations on all major power plant components:  from gas turbine and steam turbine generator sets, to GSUs and balance-of-plant equipment, to high- and low-voltage switchgear.

 A WattStock valuation includes a site visit to visually inspect and assess the general condition of the equipment.  Maintenance records, fleet size, logistics, and market demand are considered in addition to our inspections when determining an asset’s current market value.  WattStock issues a written report within two weeks after a site visit.

Our appraisal services are not limited to buyers and sellers – we also work with financial institutions, insurance companies, legal firms, and tax agencies when an independent opinion on an asset value is required.
