He spent most of his career with GE Power in senior engineering, operations, and sales roles. His technical expertise includes aeroderivative gas turbines, distributed power, industrial steam turbines, and large combined-cycle plants. Walter also brings a global perspective and strong industry relationships developed throughout his career.

Lynette is a business and operations leader with more than 35 years of experience across the energy, industrial, manufacturing, and service sectors. Her career includes leadership roles with GE, Bayer MaterialScience, and Service Corporation International. She oversees corporate governance, contract management, project controls, administration, and financial operations.

Carsey is responsible for equipment acquisitions, vendor management, transportation logistics, and materials coordination, bringing more than 15 years of experience in logistics, sourcing, and power generation infrastructure projects. He works closely with suppliers, shop personnel, and project teams to support refurbishment operations and worldwide equipment and materials deliveries.

Jeff oversees project delivery, facility and shop operations, contractor coordination, quality, and safety, ensuring work meets customer requirements. He coordinates staffing, schedules, resources, and refurbishment activities with logistics and procurement. Before entering power generation, Jeff spent more than 20 years in professional baseball, including the Atlanta Braves organization and leadership roles with the Dutch and Croatian national programs.
